Sheen Builders has built extensions, kitchens, loft and basement conversions for homeowners across South West London since 2012. Every project is led by our director, Janusz Warzecha, from the first visit to the final snag.
Who you'll work with
Sheen Builders is the trading name of FINE POINT CONSTRUCTION LTD, a limited company registered in England & Wales since 2012. It is run by Janusz Warzecha, who leads each project personally, so you deal with the person responsible for the work rather than a sales team.
Clients describe Janusz in their own words as "a very reliable skilled tradesman" who is "experienced in all areas of building work, bricklaying, plumbing, carpentry, plastering and electrics". That breadth is what lets one team take on a whole extension or conversion, from groundworks to the finishing trades.
How we run a project
- Visit and quote. We come and see the house, talk through what you want and provide a free, detailed written quote.
- Approvals. We help with planning or a Lawful Development Certificate where one is needed, Building Regulations approval and party wall notices, so everything is in place before work starts.
- Build. A tidy, well-run site with regular updates, and decisions agreed with you as the work progresses.
- Handover. Building control sign-off, a snagging walk-round, and the certificates you need to keep.
