Planning permission already granted Believed to be permitted development, so no planning application needed Architect's drawings available Structural engineer's calculations available Building control application already made Party wall notices served or agreements in place The property is listed or in a conservation area I need help with design, drawings and approvals

Bare walls: structure and a weathertight shell, with plastering and finishes by others Plastered and ready for decoration Fully decorated, with all painting included Fully finished and furnished: decorated, floored and fitted out, ready to use
